Do you ever wake up feeling like your mind never stopped running restlessly all night? Writing in a journal, even just talking aloud to myself leaves me with a feeling of clarity. And there isn't enough thinking in the world that makes me feel like I've solved more than I do when actually putting it out into the universe somehow When we go to bed we stop all thought and all charges to everything. When we stop all thought we have the potential to wake up and start from a clean slate and decide if you want to be positive or be negative. The best way to make sure your morning starts off positive is to journal about all the things that bothered you on the night before and find a way to be ok with all situations and all feelings even if they are negative just let them be there and allow yourself to get general about the situation or so specific you have let out everything you think about it. You are more likely to wake up and not think about yesterday worries or problems but wake up with excitement for new possibilities.

Aside from the mental and spiritual benefits of writing in a journal before bed, there are ways to benefit physically and maybe even financially.

Studies have shown that writing before bed does calm your body down as well as ward of sleeplessness. Another study shows that the more successful entrepreneurs keep a journal they write in before bed, it always helps focus your intention for the next day.

Try it tonight and see how it feels.
